More lousy hitting regardless of who the hitting coach is. You make the obvious point, one that makes raging at Hensley Meulens irrelevant. Sabean and Bochy -- and the ownership who have financed their vision being implemented throughout the farm system -- are responsible for the team's makeup being "more great pitching and more lousy hitting."
I don't care if Meulens is fired or not. It doesn't matter as long as Sabean calls the personnel shots and Bochy fills out the lineup card.
