The Thrill chips in

Andres Torres credits special assistant Will Clark with his current hot streak, according to Henry Schulman's game story in the SF Chronicle. Torres now has 2 Splash Hits. I'd like to think The Thrill might have gotten as many as Barry's 35 had the park opened in 1986.

If the runners were on first and second instead of the bases loaded when Torres came up in the tenth, and he hit the same shot, and the outfield alignment was set so that ball still would have bounced into the stand, it would have been a ground rule double and Torres' 33rd of the year. But instead they were loaded and he only gets a single.
