Bumgarner stays in Fresno
Joe Martinez, who came back from a fractured skull last year, is getting Tuesday's start instead. Henry Schulman of the San Francisco Chronicle reports that Madison Bumgarner's wild ejection last week isn't the reason why he's still in the PCL rather than MLB....but doesn't specify what the reason is. Bumgarner clearly has the bigger upside but the outburst probably set off some alarm bells in San Francisco.

I think it's the right call. Bumgarner is only 20 and Joe's got that experience thing that Sabes gets off on.
Sadly, he lied about Bum's fight. If you already hate the guy like Sabes does, this def. seals the deal
