This is how to man up

So what does Ray Durham do, after Blownitez deflected responsibility for yet another Blown Save by blaming Ray Durham for not fielding a ball that was hit so hard that it was scored a hit?

"It wasn't his fault," Ray Durham said. "I take full responsibility for it. It was his job to get a groundball, and he got it. I'm supposed to make the play and I didn't."

MEMO TO ARMANDO BLOWNITEZ -- PUT DOWN THAT QUARTER POUNDER AND LISTEN TO ME, MAN TO CRYBABY. WHAT DURHAM DID FOR YOU IS WHAT A REAL TEAMMATE DOES. BY THE WAY, THIS DOESN'T CHANGE THE FACT THAT EVERYONE KNOWS THAT YOU SUCK.

My recollection is that Benitiez did not blame Durham, that what Benitez said is the he did his job, he got three ground balls, which is essentially true.

Allfrank, I respectfully disagree. While Armando didn't name names, it was clear that he was saying the Ray blew it. And he did not "do his job" -- which is to get outs, not hard-hit groundballs.

"THIS DOESN'T CHANGE THE FACT THAT EVERYONE KNOWS THAT YOU SUCK" ... That made me laugh out loud.
